Mrs. Anna Lee Miller Sims, age 97, of Mayfield passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, KY.

She was a member of High Point Baptist Church and a retired employee of Merit Clothing Company.

Mrs. Sims is survived by one brother, Randall (Marilyn) Miller of Sedalia, KY; two sisters, Dean Hayden of Mayfield, KY and Janice Reed of Graves County, KY; one niece, Libby (Larry) Champion of Mayfield, KY; and three nephews, David (Mary Ann) McDaniel of Mayfield, KY, Terry (Leslie) Edwards of Murray, KY and Bob (Jenny) Sims of Mayfield, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bunk Sims; two brothers, Otis Miller and Doris Miller; one sister, Lavell McDaniel; and her parents, Roy and Mamie Lassiter Miller.

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Lee Miller Sims will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Dean Doster will officiate. Interment will follow at Cuba Church of Christ Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Larry Champion, David McDaniel, Terry Edwards and Doug Sims.

Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
