Mrs. Barbara Nell Bouland, age 83, of Mayfield passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.

Barbara was a devoted wife of 63 years.  Her life revolved around her husband, son, grandsons, great grandsons and sisters.  She loved nothing more than a picnic at Land Between the Lakes and when at home she enjoyed her beautiful flower garden and her kitty cats.

She was a member of High Point Baptist Church, a longtime member of TOPS in Mayfield and a retired employee of Mayfield Community Hospital.

Mrs. Bouland is survived by her husband, Larry G. Bouland; one son, Brad (Kim) Bouland of Ocean Springs, MS; four sisters, Elaine (Everett Melton) Madison of Grand Rivers, KY, Debbie (John) Ellis of Paducah, KY, Judy Easter of Gilbertsville, KY and Sandra Wallace of Mayfield, KY; two grandchildren, Shaun Bouland of Ocean Springs, MS and Jason (Peyton) Bouland of Denver, CO; and two great grandchildren, Luke Bouland and Parker Bouland both of Denver, CO.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Georgia Nell Wallace.

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Nell Bouland will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Don Embry will officiate.

Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
