Mr. Benny G. Bell, age 80, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at his residence.

He was a member of Northside Baptist Church, was a former employee of Modine, Ingersoll Rand and Howard D. Happy.

Mr. Bell is survived by his wife of 54 years, Susan Holcomb Bell; one son, Michael Bell of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Karen (Trevor) Adams of Burnes, TN; one sister, Doris Lash; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Walter Bell; an infant daughter; and his parents, Harold and Linda Arnett Bell.

Funeral services for Mr. Benny G. Bell will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Al Chandler will officiate.  Interment will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Bell, Blake Barton, Joel Clapp, Trevor Adams, Don Chamberlain and Deese Towery.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
