Carlus Wayne Gupton's Obituary
Mr. Carlus Wayne Gupton, age 91, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Mills Health & Rehab in Mayfield, KY.
He was a member of Northside Church of Christ, a retired employee of Continental General Tire and a U. S. Air Force veteran having served in Korea and North Africa.
Mr. Gupton is survived by two sons, Carlus (Ann) Gupton, Jr. of Nashville, TN and Neal (Angela) Gupton of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Sandy West of Mayfield, KY; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and thirteen great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Musette Adams Gupton; one brother, James R. Gupton; and his parents, Roy and Edith Darnell Gupton.
Funeral services for Mr. Carlus Wayne Gupton will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Chris Kemp will officiate. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cary West, Logan West, Taylor West, Mikel Meeks, Glen Oliver and Colin Fitzgerald.
Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022 at the funeral home.
