Carol Gladys West's Obituary
Mrs. Carol Gladys West, age 80, of Wingo passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Fulton Nursing & Rehab in Fulton, KY.
She was a member of Pryorsburg Independent Bible Methodist Church and a retired employee of Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
Mrs. West is survived by two daughters, Marlesa (Flint) Speed of Fancy Farm, KY and Teena (Brad) Burgess of Wingo, KY; one sister, Sharon (Jack) Schaedle of Florissant, CO; six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar West; one daughter, Sharon Irene West; and her parents, Edgar and Gladys Weppler Harrison.
Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Gladys West will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Mickey Fowler will officiate. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Eric Smith, Anthony Reynolds, Adam Speed, Jose Garcia, Joshua Garcia, Danny Miller and Cheyenne Stanfill. Rocky Lucy and Robert Pearce will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
