Mr. Charles H. Daughaday, age 88, of Farmington passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at his residence.

He was a member of Antioch Church of Christ, a retired professor from Murray State University and a U.S. Army veteran.

Mr. Daughaday is survived by his wife, Lillian Daughaday; two sons, Brian (Debra) Daughaday and David (Rita) Daughaday both of Murray, KY; one brother, Judge John Daughaday of Jeffersonville, IN; one sister, Mary Ann (Steve) Simmons of Lexington, KY; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Hudspeth Daughaday.

Funeral services for Mr. Charles H. Daughaday will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jake Daughaday, Brian Daughaday, Brandon Daughaday, Steve Simmons and Mike Miller.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
