Mrs. Cindy Carter Rogers, age 64, of Paducah passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah, KY.

She was of the Baptist faith and an employee of ASIPP in Paducah, KY.  Cindy loved spending time camping and boating on the lake, loved going on cruises for vacation, and spending time with family and her cats.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her loving companion of over 30 years, Tony Keeling; one daughter, Lacey Nicole (James Vallery) Rogers of Paducah, KY; one sister, Mary Sue Osborne of Winchester, KY; two sister-in-laws, Amanda Rogers Miller of Lone Oak, KY and Elizabeth Hendricks of Mayfield, KY; one brother-in-law, Richard Rogers of the Philippines; one granddaughter, Hailey Rae Puckett; one grandson, Karter Ray Childers; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Rogers; one daughter, Jessica Marie Rogers; two sisters, Wanda Lue Tucker and Kay Donna Moffitt; one brother, Norman Edward Carter; and her parents, John Orvis and Georgia Beadles Carter.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cindy Carter Rogers will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Ross Buchanan will officiate.  Interment will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Luke Keeling, Justin Keeling, James Vallery, Mitchel Carter, Tony Moffitt and Darrell Moffitt.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
