Mr. Clinton Toon, age 50, of Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at his residence.

He was of the Baptist faith and an employee of Mayfield True Value.

Mr. Toon is survived by one son, Cory (Ashley) Toon of Hickory, KY; two daughters, Candice (Jaren) Frick of Boaz, KY and Courtney Toon of Mayfield, KY; one sister, Ramona (Dwayne) Hopkins of Roanoke, VA; and five grandchildren, Conner Frick and Cayson Frick both of Boaz, KY, Layla Townsend, Oakley Townsend and Aubrey Bivens all of Mayfield, KY.

He was preceded in death by one brother, William Lee "Billy" Toon and his parents, William and Leona Trester Toon.

Funeral services for Mr. Clinton Toon will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Bro. Cory Toon will officiate.  Interment will follow at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cory Toon, Andy Webber, Matt Rives, Steven Henderson, Derrick Spann and Phil Myers. Glen Toon, Steven Toon and Paul Toon will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024 at the funeral home.

Although the time with their dad has passed, his children feel time with friends and family is the best gift.  In lieu of flowers or take home gifts, his children request that you take time to take someone you love to dinner or a movie. His children feel the greatest tribute is an expression of love to those you value.
