Mrs. Cynthia Ann Johnson Hatchell, age 69, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at her residence.

She was a member of Catalyst Church in Mayfield, KY and a retired teacher with Mayfield City Schools.

Mrs. Hatchell is survived by her husband Anthony Hatchell; three sons, Todd (Jamilyn) Hatchell of Mayfield, KY, Stephen (Tyler) Hatchell of Mayfield, KY and Josh (Brooke) Hatchell of Michie, TN; one daughter, Jessica Ann Hatchell Brooks of Mayfield, KY; two brothers, Bill (Karen) Johnson of Los Angeles, CA and Bruce (Kelley) Johnson of Columbus, OH; two step-brothers, David (Patti) Glick and Brad (Teresa) Glick both of Columbus, OH; and seven grandchildren, Camryn Hatchell, Lily Hatchell, Dylan Hatchell, Ivey Hatchell, Zoey Hatchell, Levi Hatchell and Zander Hatchell.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lt. Col. Hal M. Johnson; her mother, Alyce Walker Johnson Glick; and her stepfather, Albert I. Glick.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cynthia Ann Johnson Hatchell will be 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Justin Carrico will officiate.

Visitation will be 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
