Mrs. Dorothy M. Jostock Summers, age 86, of Melber, KY, formerly of Mundelein, IL, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at her residence.

She was a member of Community Protestant Church in Mundelein, IL and a retired daycare owner.

Mrs. Summers is survived by three sons, Ronald Butler, Jr. of Mundelein, IL, Joseph (Alexis) Summers of Melber, KY and William (Melissa) Summers, III of Melber, KY; two daughters, Frances Spivy of Bunnell, FL and Patricia Gladstone of Mundelein, IL; twelve grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Summers, Jr.; one daughter, Elizabeth M. Butler; four brothers, Henry J. Jostock, Jr., George Jostock, Nick Jostock and Richard Jostock; one sister, Marion Cicone Jostock; and her parents.

A private memorial graveside for Mrs. Dorothy M. Jostock Summers will be held at a later date.
