Dwaine Burnett, age 72, of Lynnville, KY passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He retired from Emerson Electric in Paris, TN and was of the Church of Christ faith.

Dwaine is survived by four sons, Patrick (Michelle) Burnett of Mayfield, KY, Phillip (Kelly) Burnett of Graves County, KY, Seth (Amber) Burnett of Mayfield, KY, and Zachary Burnett of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Tony Burnett Miller of Mayfield, KY; five grandchildren, Ashtyn, Ally, Trinity, Brayden, and Damien Burnett.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lori Ann Dublin Burnett; one brother, Bob Cooper; one grandson, Raylan Burnett; his parents were, Tilton James and Gladys McBee Burnett.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of arrangements.
