Fred Davidson, age 83, of Livingston County, KY passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He retired from Ingram Barge Company, and formerly worked as a tree trimmer. Fred formerly attended Iuka Baptist Church and enjoyed playing music as a hobby.

He is survived by a half sister, Linda Jensen of Brookport, IL.

Fred was preceded in death by his two brothers, Douglas Wilton Davidson and Hollis Davidson; three sisters, Nellie Smith, Velvie Eubanks and Reatha Wayland; his parents were Douglas Davidson and Ester Marie Hite Driver.

A private memorial graveside service  will be held at Iuka Cemetery in Livingston County. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of arrangements.
