Mr. Gary Wayne Hobbs, age 72, of Mayfield passed away on Wednesday May 20, 2026 at his residence.

He was the retired owner and operator of Gary's Appliance Repair.

Mr. Hobbs is survived by one stepsister, Cathy (Bill) Holshouser of Murray, KY; one stepbrother, Al Tee (Kim) Doran of Mayfield, KY; one sister-in-law, Gina Hobbs of Mayfield, KY; one niece, Tyea Newsome of Graves Co,  KY; one nephew, Jeremy Hobbs of Graves Co., KY; one great niece; and one great nephew.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Keith Hobbs; one stepbrother, James "Bubba" Doran; one stepsister, Teresa McGary; his father and stepmother, Denver (Sara) Hobbs; and his mother and stepfather, Barbara (Don) Kilcoyne.

Graveside services for Mr. Gary Wayne Hobbs will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Trinity Cemetery.  Rev. Windell Lain will officiate.  Inurnment will follow.

Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
