Mr. Jack Kaler, age 90, of Hickory passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

He was a member of Spring Creek Church of Christ, a retired employee of General Tire and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Mr. Kaler is survived by one son, Andy (Gayle) Kaler of Paducah, KY; one step-son, Greg (Shelia) Farmer of Hickory, KY; one daughter, Patty Frick of Boaz, KY; one step-daughter, Lisa Shelton of Mayfield, KY; two sisters, Mary Belle Beckman of Lone Oak, KY and June Mohler of Hickory, KY; seven grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alva Lou Holshouser Farmer Kaler; one daughter, Karen Kaler; six sisters; four brothers; and his parents, David "Lee" and Clara Shelton Kaler.

Graveside services for Mr. Jack Kaler will be 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Spring Creek Church of Christ Cemetery.  Tyler Temple will officiate.  Interment will follow.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
