Mr. James H. Gream, age 82, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY.
He was a member of Farmington Baptist Church, a member of Farmington Masonic Lodge, a member of Shriners and a retired employee of General Tire and Rubber Company.
Mr. Gream is survived by his wife, Eva Mae Dick Gream; two sons, Kevin Gream of Mayfield, KY and Scott (Sheri) Gream of Mayfield, KY; one step-son, Roger (Suzanne) Hale of Murray, KY; six grandchildren, Matt (Tiffany) Gream, Jordan (Jeremy) Stimson, Taylor Hale, Lauren Hale, Jayden Rollins and Keagan Rollins; and five great grandchildren, Adelyn Gream, Zavier Gream, Zoey Gream, Kyzer Stimson and Zola Gream.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Gream; one step-son, Rick Hale; and his parents, James Boyce and Frances Adams Gream.
Funeral services for Mr. James H. Gream will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Ben Stratton and Rev. Glynn Copeland will officiate. Interment will follow at Bazzell Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gary Emerson, Mitch Hunter, Terry Hunter, Bryant Kerns, Greg Leath, Jerry Miller, Larry Miller, Trevor Myatt, John Nelson and Richard Vance. Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Farmington Baptist Church and his Sunday School Class.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. The family requests that everyone who attends wear masks.
