Mr. James Kaiden Ramey, age 19, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He loved Godzilla, Sonic the Hedgehog and Jack Skellington. He also enjoyed drawing.

Mr. Ramey is survived by his parents, Matthew and Chasidy Ramey Haynes of Mayfield, KY; his paternal grandparents, Keith Haynes of Wickliffe, KY and Robin Haynes of Barlow, KY; his maternal grandparents, Randy (Brenda) Ramey of Murray, KY and Kim and David Neville of Arlington, KY; two brothers, Drake Ramey of Mayfield, KY and Eric Haynes of Blandville, KY; two sisters, Haylee and Alyssa Haynes both of Metropolis, IL; great grandparents, Don and Carolyn Ramey of Mayfield, KY, James Floyd of Mayfield, KY, Earline Floyd of Mayfield, KY and Roy Neville of Arlington, KY; aunts and uncles, Brett and Macy Neville of Bardwell, KY, Sherry Floyd of Mayfield, KY, Steve and Tressa Hargrove of Sedalia, KY and Jimmy and Ashley Haynes of LaCenter, KY; and cousins, Roczen and Axel Neville of Bardwell, KY, Millie and Nora Haynes of LaCenter, KY and Cody and Raye Ann Hargrove of Sedalia, KY.

He was preceded in death by one great grandmother, Ruth Ann Trainer and one uncle, Mark Haynes.

Funeral services for Mr. James Kaiden Ramey will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Chad Lamb will officiate.  Interment will follow at North Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cody Hargrove, Greg Adams, Jimmy Haynes, Eric Haynes, Brett Neville and Drake Ramey.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
