Mrs. Jane Larue Crittendon, age 85, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025 at St. Thomas Hospital West in Nashville, TN.

She was a member of Emmanuel Church and a retired employee of General Tire.

Mrs. Crittendon is survived by her husband, Hollie Crittendon; two daughters, Lisa West and Robin Bynum both of Mayfield, KY; one stepson, John Kevin Crittendon of Paducah, KY; one brother, Charles Harrison of Mayfield, KY; one sister, LaDoska Wheeler of Tennessee; five grandchildren, Maranda (Zach) Givens, Marley (Steve) Doran, Marisa (Daniel) Wheeler, Scott Kloss and Krista (Jonathan) Gilpin; seventeen great grandchildren, Payton Gilpin (Brady) Brown, Connor (Abby) Gilpin, Paisley and Presley Gilpin, Madalie and Karsyn Fletcher, Malikhi, JaDon and Heath Givens, Dylan, Dax and Dessa Doran, Raegan, Riley and Trey Manning, Danica and Dacelyn Wheeler; one great-great grandson, Levi Mack Gilpin; and Hollie Jane Brown on the way.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Wanda Sue Johnson, Betty Lou Rucker and Alice Faye Waldrop; two brothers, Laverne Harrison and Donnie Harrison; one great granddaughter, Canter Madyn Fletcher; one stepson, David Crittendon; two sons-in-law, Mike West and Allen Bynum; and her parents, Earl and Willie Mae Moffitt Harrison.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jane Larue Crittendon will be 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Duane Fields will officiate.  Interment will follow at Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Gilpin, Connor Gilpin, Brady Brown, Steve Doran, Daniel Wheeler and Zach Givens

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
