Mrs. Janis Irene McDonough Chapman, age 50, of Mayfield passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at her residence.

She was a member of the Assembly of God Church and a former employee of Visiting Angels.

Mrs. Chapman is survived by her husband of 17 years, John S. Chapman; one sister-in-law, Martha Chapman of Mayfield, KY; one special nephew, Marion Duplessis of Mayfield, KY; and several step-brothers and step-sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Janice McDonough.

A memorial service for Mrs. Janis Irene McDonough Chapman will be held at a later date.
