Mrs. Jennie Lee Simpson, age 88, of Winston-Salem, NC, formerly of Graves County, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, NC.

She was of the Church of Christ faith, a former employee of Hunts Athletic Goods in Mayfield, KY and a retired employee of Bike Athletic Goods in Knoxville, TN.

Mrs. Simpson is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Lynne (Jeff Ringold) Simpson of Winston-Salem, NC and Cathy (Richie) Galloway of Sedalia, KY; one sister, Robbie (Eddie) Jones of Mayfield, KY; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Simpson; one brother, Robert Lee; one sister, Cara Sue Cash; and her parents, O. L. and Eunice Lee.

Memorial graveside services for Mrs. Jennie Lee Simpson will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Highland Park Cemetery.  Elliott Hamm will officiate.  Inurnment will follow.

There is no visitation scheduled.  Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
