Jerilyn Ann Wade, age 80, of Mayfield, KY passed away Tuesday September 20, 2022 at the Willowbrooke Nursing Home in Huntsville, AL.

She was a member of Seven Oaks Church of Christ and retired from Wade Farm Financial Services.

Mrs. Wade is survived by her two sons Robert (Brenda) Wade and David (Laura) Wade both of Madison, AL; one daughter Penny Wade (Rob) Smith of South Fulton, TN; one brother Charles (Kathy) Colley of Jackson, TN; one sister Carolyn (Ed) Grogan of Paducah, KY; eleven grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenny Lane Wade; her parents were John and Charlene Colley.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00PM Sunday September 25, 2022 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Andy Wade will officiate. Interment will follow in the Highland Park Cemetery in Mayfield. Jonathan Smith, Zachary Smith, Noah Smith, Nathanael Wade, Samuel Wade, Benjamin Wade, Christopher Wade and Elliott Wade will serve as pallbearers. A visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Saturday September 24, 2022 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to 15 & B Neighborhood  Garden, P.O.
