Mr. Jimmie E. Jenkins, age 92, of Savannah, Georgia passed away on Friday July 16, 2021 at Spanish Oaks Care Facility in Savannah.

Jimmie was a member of Savannah Parkway Church of Christ, a retired Airforce Master Sergeant, retired Department of Defense employee, and Korean War veteran.

Mr. Jenkins is survived by his wife, Carolyn Marie (Nance) Jenkins, three children: Jimmie (Karen) Jenkins of Costa Mesa, CA, Julie (Lynn) Williams of Savannah, GA, Jeffrey (Anne) Jenkins of Larsen, WI, and seven grandchildren: Lani Williams, Kris Lawrence, Matthew (Allison) Williams, Cooper Jenkins, Jase Jenkins, Mitchell Jenkins, and two great grandchildren: Madeline Lawrence and Izzy Hart.

Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents, Jones E. and Trudie L. Jenkins; and sister Sammie L. Jenkins of Farmington, KY.

Memorial Visitation will be at Byrn Funeral Home, 12:00-2:00pm Saturday, August 7, 2021 with a Memorial Service at 2:00pm. Stan Colley will officiate. Interment will follow at Farmington Cemetery.
