Mr. Johnnie Calloway, age 68, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026 in Mayfield, KY.

He was of the Baptist faith and a self-employed author.

Mr. Calloway is survived by two sisters, Jane Ann (Danny) McAlpin of Sedalia, KY and Marsha Coffer of Mayfield, KY and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Jackie Brewster and Debbie Bradley; one half-brother, Richard Calloway; and his parents, Alvie and Mary Jane Keeling Calloway.

Funeral services for Mr. Johnnie Calloway will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  James Stovall will officiate.  A butterfly release will follow at the funeral home.

Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
