Joseph R. Waggoner's Obituary
Mr. Joseph R. Waggoner, age 97, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Mayfield, a retired employee of Dairyman's Supply Company and a veteran of the U.S. Navy Air Corp.
Mr. Waggoner is survived by his wife, Evelyn Gibson Waggoner; one step-son, John Shane Keeling of Mayfield, KY; one step-daughter, Toni Petrella of Las Vegas, NV; and four step-grandchildren, Tori Keeling, Tara Keeling, Tate Keeling and Kathy Valdez.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Will and Mai Shelton Waggoner and his first wife, Vivian Hamlet Waggoner.
Graveside services for Mr. Joseph R. Waggoner will be 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Highland Park Cemetery. Rev. Don Barger will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
