Juanita "Nita" Hargrove, 91 of Mayfield, KY passed away Friday March 19, 2021 at her residence.

She retired as a waitress after 31 years for Holliday INN.

Nita is survived by one niece, M. Juan Nelson of Mayfield, KY; one nephew, Steve Johnson of Louisville, KY; one great niece, Susan M. Wehling of Mayfield, KY; two great nephews, Nicholas Johnson, of Louisville, KY, and Brett Nelson of Iowa; three great-great nieces, and three great-great nephews; one great-great-great niece and three great-great-great nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Terry Hargrove; one brother, J.T. Johnson; one sister, Marie Chapman; parents were Andy Taylor and Ruble Johnson.

A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00PM Monday March 22, 2021 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Pastor Colleen Winkler will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dublin Baptist Church Cemetery. Brett Nelson, Brett Story, Keith Poole, Nicholas Johnson, Benjamin Johnson, and Alex Nelson will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 12noon until 1:00PM Monday March 22, 2021 at the funeral home.
