Mrs. Judith Ann Lacava, age 82, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Ray & Kay Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

She was a former member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and a retired employee of First State Bank in Florida.

Mrs. Lacava is survived by one son, Robert (Amie) Lacava of Ellicott City, MD; one daughter, Sally Ann Marengo of Key West, FL; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Edward Lacava; one brother, Kenneth Adams; one sister, Betty Clark; and her parents, Clifford and Sally Odrata Adams.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
