Keith Edward Ward, age 67, of Mayfield, KY passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

Keith was a former employee with Jim Smith Paving and Retired from Laborers Local 1214 in Paducah. He was also of the Baptist Faith.

Keith is survived by his three sisters, Diane (George) McAlpin, Paula Ward Pedley and Barbara Ward all of Mayfield, KY; two step-sons, Jeff Simmons and Neal (Gail) Simmons both of Illinois; one grandson,  Zane Simmons; three nephews, Charles (Mandi) Rodgers of Murray, KY, Kyle (Angie) McAlpin and Aaron (Jenna) McAlpin both of Mayfield, KY; two nieces, Jessica Ross and Heather Shumaker both of Mayfield, KY.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Simmons Ward and his parents Rube and Marjory Wilson Ward.

A memorial service for Keith Edward Ward is scheduled for 1:00PM Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00AM until 1:00PM Saturday October 25, 2025 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
