Lilly "Sissy" Burgess, age 71, of Mayfield, KY passed Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

Sissy is survived by her two daughters; Brandy (Jason) Thorpe of Hendersonville, TN and Cayce (Jay) Bouland of Graves County, KY; one son, Jason (Sylvia) Andrews of Pilot Oak, KY; one brother, Michael Etheridge; one sister, Sandra Hicks of Gallatin, TN; six grandchildren, Luke Bouland, Jalyn Hackel, Logan Andrews, Taylor Douglas, Asher Thorpe, and Hutson Thorpe, and four great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Lillie Andrews and her brother John Andrews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to, Mayfield Graves County Animal Shelter, 500 North 12th St. Mayfield, KY 42066. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of arrangements.
