Mrs. Lisa Jackson Skaggs, age 62, of Lowes passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

She was a member of New Home Missionary Baptist Church, a former employee of Baptist Health and a retired employee of Lourdes Hospital.

Mrs. Skaggs is survived by two daughters, Allison (Tim) Smith of Farmington, KY and Madison (Derek Roberts) Skaggs of Symsonia, KY; one brother, William (Suzanne) Jackson of Mayfield, KY; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Skaggs; one daughter, Casey Gail Skaggs; one sister, Christy Jackson; and her parents, Rev. C. W. and Brenda Gargus Jackson.

A private memorial service for Mrs. Lisa Jackson Skaggs will be held at a later date.
