Mr. Loyd Allen Bradford, age 66, of Hickory passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and attended Community Fellowship Baptist Church and he was a retired millwright with Local 1080.

Mr. Bradford is survived by his wife of 45 years, Brenda Willingham Bradford; one son, Michael Loyd (Anissa) Bradford of Paducah, KY; two daughters, Melissa Carter of Paducah, KY and Kelly (Seth) Ray of Mayfield, KY; two brothers, Ronnie Bradford of Marshall County, KY and Mark (Misty) Perritt of Huntington, TN; one sister, Sara (Charles) Tucker of Paducah, KY; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Heather Lee Bradford; his father, James Bradford; and his mother, Shirley Herron Perritt.

Funeral services for Mr. Loyd Allen Bradford will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Allen Davidson will officiate.  Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

Masonic rites will be conducted by Masonic Lodge #283.

Visitation will be 11:00a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
