Mr. Mark Wayne Evans, age 70, of Mayfield passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

He was a former Physical Therapy Assistant at Lourdes Hospital and currently works at Lowe's Home Improvement.  He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Mr. Evans is survived by his wife of 14 years, April Barksdale Evans; one brother, Matt (Mary) Evans of Paducah, KY; two sisters, Norma (Dave) Wirt of Lexington, KY and Nancy (Rich) Harm of Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Martha Scott Evans.

A private memorial service for Mr. Mark Wayne Evans will be held at a later date.
