Mrs. Maxine Reed Lamb, age 87, of Mayfield passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church and a retired cashier.

Mrs. Lamb is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene U. Lamb; one brother, Mose Reed; four sisters, Dorothy West, Molly Clapp, Freida Pritchard and Josephine Reed; and her parents, Bradley and Ruby Whitt Reed.

Graveside services for Mrs. Maxine Reed Lamb will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Highland Park Cemetery.  Rev. Mike Baker will officiate.  Interment will follow.

Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.  No visitation is scheduled.
