Morris Edward "Ed" Morse, age 73, of Mayfield, KY formerly of Bloomington, IL passed away Monday, January 27, 2025 at his residence.

Ed was a retired truck driver from Nu-Way Transportation Services in Bloomington. A loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was an avid musician and loved playing the slide guitar. Ed was always a great friend willing to help anyone in need.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Spence Morse; one son, Nicholas Fisher of Murfreesboro, TN; three daughters, Natalie (Nick) Morse-Zimmerman of Lexington, IL; Jamie (David) Morse-Mays of Gravois Mills, MO; Rhiannon Fisher-Turner of Wenona, IL; one brother, Allen Morse of Bellingham, WA; one sister, Nancy (Jim) Morse-Holforty, Bull Shoals, AR; six grandchildren also survive.

Ed was preceded in death by one son, Aaron Morse; one sister, Sherrie Morse; his parents were Kenneth and Edna Morse.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of arrangements.
