Mrs. Pansy Murdock Whitlow, age 97, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.

She was a member of Sedalia Baptist Church and a homemaker. 

Mrs. Whitlow is survived by two sons, Larry Whitlow and Gary Whitlow both of Sedalia, KY; two daughters, Marilyn (Billy) Kinsey and Martha (Greg) Boyd both of Sedalia, KY; seven grandchildren, Todd Kinsey, Tennille Kinsey, Lora Searcy, Leslie Williams, Ashley Shartzer, Travis Whitlow and Alli Duncan; and seven great grandchildren, Madison Madding, Alayna Searcy, Zander Searcy, Ian Williams, Brynn Williams, Hoyt Shartzer and Hunt Shartzer. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph C. Whitlow; one daughter, Pamela Jean Duncan; three sisters, Ruth Jones, Nell Waters and Gracie Brooks; and her parents, Ola and Joe Murdock.

Funeral services for Mrs. Pansy Murdock Whitlow will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Spence Pate will officiate. Interment will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be Todd Kinsey, Dylan Williams, Travis Whitlow, Patrick Shartzer, Tony Searcy and Mark Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Boyd, Billy Kinsey and Mike Duncan.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at Byrn Funeral Home.
