Mrs. Pattie Blume, age 83, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center in Paducah, KY.

She was a registered nurse at Community Hospital and Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing at First National Bank.

Mrs. Blume is survived by one son, Todd Blume of Paducah, KY; one daughter, Elise Blume of Louisville, KY; three brothers, Frankie (Rhonda) Crittendon of Wingo, KY, Glen (Terri) Crittendon of Kentucky and Benny Crittendon of Wingo, KY; and two sisters, Bonnie (Daryl) Beesley of Graves County, KY and Velma Speight of Mayfield, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Blume; one sister, Willma Gorham; one brother, Wayburn Crittendon; and her parents, Naughtybury and Martha Oliver Crittendon.

Graveside services for Mrs. Pattie Blume will be 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at Highland Park Cemetery.  Rev. Ronie Stinson, Sr. will officiate.  Interment will follow.

Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
