Mrs. Pauline Holifield, age 98, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at her residence.

She was a member of Farmington Baptist Church, a member of Eastern Star and a homemaker.

Mrs. Holifield is survived by one son, Leslie Thomas Holifield of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Judith Ann (Rob) Mair of Rochester Hills, MI; two grandchildren, James Kirk (Erin) Spitzer and Jennifer (Rex) Robison; and three great grandchildren, Tyler Spitzer, Emma Spitzer and Brianna Robison.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Holifield; two brothers, O.T. Mathis and Henry Mathis; and her parents, Thomas and Daisy Holshouser Mathis.

Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Holifield will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Ben Stratton will officiate.  Interment will follow at Lassiter Cemetery.

Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
