Mrs. Penny Leigh Waggoner, age 53, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

She is survived by her husband, Stevie Waggoner; three daughters, Vanessa Waggoner (Joseph) Kozak of Mayfield, KY, Brianna (Jeremy Martin) Ladow of Mayfield, KY and Lori-Beth Waggoner of Talladega, AL; one brother, Danny Hinson of Mayfield, KY; and twelve grandchildren.

Mrs. Waggoner was preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Joe Hinson and her parents, Huke Hinson and Frances Ann Warren Burgess.

Visitation for Mrs. Penny Leigh Waggoner will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
