Obituary

Philip Leo Elder, II., of Fancy Farm, KY passed away Friday December 10, 2021 at his residence.

He was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church and had several jobs as a salesman.

Philip is survived by his wife of 10 years, Jennifer Burgie Elder; his parents, Philip L. and Evie Elder of Mayfield; two sons, Derrick Treas and Dustin Treas both of Mayfield, KY; for daughters, Cacy Elder of Bardwell, KY, Cailee Elder of Fancy Farm, KY, Kadie Elder of Fancy Farm, KY, and Nicki (Jarrod) Thompson of Mayfield, KY; one sister, Tracy Elder Curlin of Mayfield, KY; five grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Ballew; grandparents, Charles and Aline Elder; his uncle, Kenny Ballew; and his aunt, Dorothy Kilcoyne.

Funeral mass is scheduled for 11:00AM Monday, December 13, 2021 at the St. Jerome Catholic Church in Fancy Farm, KY. Father Darrell Venters will officiate. Inurnment will follow at a later date in the Mayfield Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5-8PM Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the church.
