Mr. Phillip Cochrum, age 69, of Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at Diversicare in Martin, TN. 

He was of the Church of Christ faith, former employee of Ingersoll Rand and a retired employee of the Graves County Road Department. 

Mr. Cochrum is survived by one son, Andrew (Candice) Cochrum of Golo, KY; one daughter, Amy (Corey) West of Lynnville, KY; one niece, Joni Marie Sidwell of Memphis, TN and seven grandchildren, Haley (Logan) Crutcher, Hayden Cochrum, Conner West, Ty Cochrum, Adley Cochrum, Andi Jane Cochrum and Jude Cochrum. 

He was preceded in death by one brother, Steve Cochrum; one sister, Christie Sidwell; and his parents, W.A. and Dorotha Black Cochrum. 

Graveside services for Mr. Phillip Cochrum will be 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Farmington Cemetery. Stan Colley will officiate. Interment will follow. 

Pallbearers will be Dodie Harrison, Tony Smith, Ty Cochrum, Logan Crutcher, Corey West and Steve Burton. 

Visitation will be 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. on Friday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
