Mrs. Phyllis Jean Caldwell, age 77, of the Cuba Community passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at her residence.

She was a member of High Point Baptist Church and a retired hairdresser.

Mrs. Caldwell is survived by her husband of 56 years, John Mac Caldwell; two sons, Paul (Shelly) Caldwell of Cuba, KY and Chris (Stephanie) Caldwell of Mayfield, KY; two grandchildren, Austin Davis (Jenny Beth) Caldwell and Taylor (Kelsie) Caldwell; three great grandchildren, Keaton Austin Caldwell, Kambry Elizabeth Caldwell and Elliott James Caldwell; one niece, Angela Chapman Garey; and one nephew, Scott (Denise) Chapman.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Earl Chapman and her parents, Wesley and Ruby Dell Holder Chapman.

A private memorial service for Mrs. Phyllis Jean Chapman Caldwell will be held at a later date.
