Miss Raye Anne Jones-Thompson, age 22, and her unborn daughter, Ki'Loni Shelton both of Hickory passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 in Graves County, KY as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

She was a member of Community Fellowship Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Miss Jones-Thompson is survived by her mother and adopted father, Tanna (Jared) Thompson of Hickory, KY; her father, Eddie Ray (Violet) Jones of Louisville, KY; her paternal grandfather, Gary G. Jones of Symsonia, KY; her maternal grandparents, David (Beth) Ray of Hickory, KY; one brother, Hunter Thompson of Kuttawa, KY; two sisters, Makayla Johnson of North Carolina and Kaylee Jones-Thompson of Hickory, KY; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Kay Jones and her grandparents, Garyth and Nancy Thompson.

Funeral services for Miss Raye Anne Jones-Thompson will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Allen Davidson will officiate.  Interment will follow at Pottsville Church of Christ Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeremyon Adams, Cody Saxton, Carter Keeling, Max Keeling, Joseph Calloway and Seth Clark.  Eddie Ray Jones will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
