Baby Raylan Ty Burnett, 4 month old son of Seth and Amber Wade Burnett passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He is also survived by; grandparents, Everett Burnett of Wingo, KY, David and Anita Wade of Mayfield, KY; great-grandparents, Wanda (Tommy) Wooley of Mayfield, KY; three uncles, Phillip Burnett of Hickory, KY, Patrick Burnett and Zachary Burnett both of Mayfield, KY; one aunt, Devin Ekse of Norway.

Baby Raylan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lori Dublin Burnett; great-grandparents, Phillip and Dorothy McNutt, Joe E. Wade, Sue and Pete Dublin, and Tilton and Gladys Burnett.

A funeral service for baby Raylan Ty Burnett is scheduled for 1:00PM Thursday, January 11, 2024 at the Grace Baptist Church in Mayfield, KY. Dr. Paul McWherter will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until 1:00PM Thursday, January 11, 2024 at the Grace Baptist Church. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of arrangements.
