Ms. Regina Shaye Glover, age 57, of Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah, KY.

She was a member of Northside Church of Christ and a retired medical professional.

Ms. Glover is survived by her mother, Sally Carter Shelton of Wingo, KY; one son, Lukas Cole Glover of Mayfield, KY; and one sister, Shannon (Fenton) Williford of Wingo, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Glover and her father, Reggie Shelton.

Funeral services for Ms. Regina Shaye Glover will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Tyler Wunderlich will officiate.  Interment will follow at Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Barry Carter, Todd Carter, Isaiah Bivins, Adam Mathis, Keith Carter and Kenneth Sandifer.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
