Richard Glynn Walker, age 78, of Lynnville, KY passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026 at his residence.

Richard was a Vietnam Army Veteran and retired from Air-Relief Inc. in Mayfield. He also formerly served as Chief of the Cuba Volunteer Fire Department.

Richard is survived by his wife of 58 years Linda Jane Chambers Walker; two sons, Ricky Corey Walker and Tyler Jayce Walker both of Lynnville, KY; one brother, Stevie Walker of Mayfield, KY; two sisters, Libby (William) Suiter of Hickory, KY and Rose Milliken of Mayfield, KY; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jamie Walker; one brother, Harry Lynn Walker; his parents, Harry Walker and Margaret Walker.

A private memorial service for Richard Glynn Walker will be held at a later date. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
