Samuel Snelling's Obituary
Mr. Samuel Snelling, age 62, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021 at his residence.
Samuel was of the Church of Christ faith and a retired truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie Bentley Snelling; mother, Enola Snelling of Charlotte, TN; two sons, Conner Thomas Snelling of Mayfield, KY and Lance (Laura) Johnson of Louisville, KY; three daughters, Alana (Gage) Walker of Mayfield, KY, Sarah Marshall of Madisonville, KY, and Amanda Snelling of Wisconsin; one brother, Russell Snelling of Calvert City, KY; two sisters, Elaina (David) Snelling Gibbs of Paducah, KY and Regina (Randy) Snelling of Ballard County, KY; several grandchildren also survive.
Samuel was preceded in death by his father Alonzo Samuel Snelling and his son Bradley Snelling.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00pm Saturday June 19, 2021 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Michael Rule will officiate.
Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post #26.
A memorial visitation will be held from 12:00pm until 2:00pm Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the funeral home.
