Mr. Stephen Lear Carlisle, age 70, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab in Murray, KY.

He was a member of First Christian Church in Mayfield and a retired employee of Graves County Road Department.

Mr. Carlisle is survived by his wife of 43 years, Martha "Susie" Carlisle; two brothers, Taylor (Julie-Anna) Carlisle of Hopkinsville, KY and Jeff (Mary Beth) Carlisle of Bowling Green, KY; and two sisters, Jean (Mike) Sanford of Knoxville, TN and Catherine (Ronnie) Dunn of Mayfield, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Taylor and Beverly Bennett Carlisle.

A private family memorial graveside for Mr. Stephen Lear Carlisle will be held at a later date.
