Vicky Lou Scott's Obituary
Ms. Vicky Lou Scott, age 69, of Mayfield passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021 at her residence.
She was of the Baptist faith, a former employee of Pilgrims Pride and an employee of Dungarvin.
Ms. Scott is survived by three sons, George Parmeley, Jr. of St. Louis, MO, Greg Parmeley of St. Louis, MO and Greg Scott of Troy, IL; one daughter, Gerri Parmeley (Stephen) Forester of Mayfield, KY; four brothers, Jerry Dowdy of Blandville, KY, Phillip Dowdy of Bardwell, KY, Charles "Butch" Dowdy of Clinton, KY and William Dowdy of Bloomfield, MO; five sisters, Wanda Redden of Fulton, KY, Peggy King of Clinton, KY, Patricia Watts of St. Louis, MO, Kathy Vandergriff of St. Louis, MO and Sheila Farnham of Fort Worth, TX; and six grandchildren, Savannah Forester, Madison Forester, Shawn Forester, Emmaleigh Scott, Gregory Scott and Eli Scott.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Parmeley, Sr.; two brothers, Carl Dowdy and Worley Todd, Jr.; three sisters, Carla Parnell, Tracy Dowdy and Darla Ash; her father, Charles "Pete" Dowdy; and her mother, Lela Douglas Todd.
A memorial visitation for Ms. Vicky Lou Scott will be 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2021 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
