Mr. William "Bill" Peal, age 92, of Lynnville passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at his residence.

He attended Calvary Temple in Murray, KY.  He was a retired employee of Goodyear and a U.S. Army veteran.

Mr. Peal is survived by two sons, Stephen (Rita) Peal of Murray, KY and Ricky (Ava) Peal of Almo, KY; one daughter, Karen (Gary) Blosser of New Mexico; one sister, Robbie McReynolds of Mayfield, KY; five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Foy Peal; three sisters, Dorothy Griffith, Velma Cagle and Virginia Cottrell; four brothers, Eugene Peal, Bobby Peal, Marcus Peal and Jimmy Peal; and his parents, Homer and Iva Downs Peal.

Funeral services for Mr. William "Bill" Peal will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Darrell Young, Rev. Tommy Clendenen and Rev. Stephen Peal will officiate.  Interment will follow at Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Denny Foy, Kenny Foy, Larry Cottrell, Corey Reed, Timmy Bradshaw and Michael Foy.  Tanner Reed will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
